Through the online consultation, you save the often time-consuming journey and all waiting times. The online platform is password-protected, so we have a confidential and private environment with each other.

• a contract for the verbal online consultation/assessment
Return Documents
Return all documents fully completed and signed via email.
Schedule Appointment
After receiving the documents, we will coordinate the appointment for the video consultation together (see also "Appointments").
Receive Access Data
You will receive the login credentials for the password-protected online platform.

FAQ – Online Consultation
For a comprehensive, individual and independent online consultation of 60 minutes, including medical history, discussion of previous findings, therapy progress and possible future options, my fee is 250€. For statutory insured patients, this is a self-pay service. Private health insurance patients can receive a differentiated billing according to the German medical fee schedule (GOÄ) upon request, which may be higher depending on the concern and effort. Generally, private health insurance companies reimburse this GOÄ billing. Please consult your insurance company if needed.
You only need a computer or tablet with a camera, microphone and speakers (standard on modern devices) as well as a stable internet connection (LAN or WiFi).
The connection is made via Zoom, a certified video service that is password-encrypted and thus ensures confidentiality.

Yes. If you don't have suitable technology or prefer to make a phone call, please let me know in advance by email. You will then receive a phone number for the appointment.
No. Within the scope of the online consultation, I cannot provide my own diagnostics or therapy. You will receive comprehensive advice regarding your concerns.
